Come join us for PECA’s 2nd Annual TPA BOOT CAMP

- Compensation – Understand the different definitions, exclusion options, and different ways compensation may be defined under the plan document. And, for those who need an annual update, let’s attach self-employed compensation again!
- Plan Document Interpretation – have you ever read sections of a plan document three times, scratched your head, and said, “huh?” Walk through the most misunderstood sections of preapproved plan documents and learn what the language really means.
- Customer Service 102 – Exceptional customer service is what everyone always looks for in a vendor, but more often than not can’t be found. High levels of customer service can lead to greater retention, referrals for new business, and forgiveness when things go slightly awry. Let’s review what makes a great interaction and how you can step up your game.
