Retirement plans produce A LOT of data. But, how do retirement plan consultants and professionals best use that data to help their clients and their employees? The Pension Education Council of Atlanta’s (PECA) next event will dive into real life examples of how data can be used to help retirement plan committees make better decisions regarding their employer sponsored retirement plans. We will analyze examples from the investment and plan design perspective and discuss recommended changes that will help lead to the ultimate goal—helping more Americans save more and smarter, so they can retire with dignity.

About our Speakers:
J.J. McKinney, Vice President, is a Sales Consultant at FuturePlan. JJ’s passion for the pension industry spans over twenty years and he has used that passion to help colleagues build careers as pension consultants and ultimately help Americans prepare for retirement. As a former business owner, he enjoys supporting industry leaders through business management, coaching, and other leadership opportunities. He currently serves as an at-large member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) Leadership Council. In the past he has served as co-chair of the ASPPA Political Action Committee and chair of the Business Managers and Owners Council. He has also volunteered in various roles with Education & Examination and Government Affairs.
Katie Green, Lead Consultant, works at Clearview Advisory creating retirement plan solutions for employers centered around strong plan design, administration procedures, appropriate costs, as well as fiduciary and regulatory compliance. Her career mission is to help companies provide retirement plans that are customized to meet their specific needs and ensure their employees are ready for retirement. Prior to Clearview, Katie served in a business development and consultant role at the plan administration firm Qualified Plans, LLC and also worked at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), Women in Pension Network (WiPN), and a board member for the Pension Education Council of Atlanta (PECA).
Jeff Weaver, CIMA, Vice President, is a Client Advisor on the Defined Contribution Investment Solutions team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He supports the Advisor/Consultant community by delivering his experience in the DC/DB marketplace along with the vast resources and investment solutions within J.P. Morgan Asset Management. His extensive experience in the areas of retirement savings, retirement distribution planning and investments are utilized in J.P. Morgan’s efforts to support the Financial Intermediary community and the Plan Sponsors they serve. Prior to J.P. Morgan he was Director, Retirement Consultant with Allianz Global Investors and has over 18 years’ experience in the Retirement Plans and Financial Services Industry. Jeff obtained his BS in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He holds a series 7 and 66 and the Certified Investment Management Analyst, CIMA designation.
