Lee I. Swerdlin

Lee joined Swerdlin & Company 1998 as an entry level Benefits Assistant. Over the years he has become heavily involved in new business development and client relations. Lee works closely with the daily recordkeeping and ESOP administration teams. He was promoted to President and COO in January of 2012.

Lee is a current Board Member of the Pension Education Council of Atlanta. He is a member of the Southern Employee Benefits Conference and the National ESOP Association and is a Past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

PECA (Pension Education Council of Atlanta) was established by a committee that includes some of the most tenured and esteemed retirement plan professionals in the Atlanta area. PECA is committed to providing high quality continuing education and networking opportunities for all types of professionals, newer entrants into the industry, and benefits specialists working for plan sponsors, all of whom work with retirement plans.

PECA’s Board includes local experts with national reputations in the industry as speakers and thought leaders, years of success creating in-person and online educational programs, and relationships that have brought other nationally known experts to Atlanta to share their expertise:
